These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Hostoh, including our website, waitlist program, and compliance automation services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your company or property portfolio. By registering, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Hostoh provides compliance automation tools for Croatian short-term rentals. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations, including GDPR, eVisitor, and tax obligations.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may offer early access or beta features at our discretion and may modify or discontinue the program without notice.

Pricing, discounts, and billing cycles will be communicated separately when you subscribe to paid plans. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for remitting.

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Hostoh remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services as outlined in these Terms.

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Services; upload malicious code; or use data accessed through Hostoh to compete directly without written consent.

Hostoh may integrate with OTA platforms, accounting tools, or government systems. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages. Your use of external services is governed by their respective terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Hostoh automates compliance workflows, you remain responsible for verifying filings and meeting legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostoh and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hostoh harmless from claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continuation of service poses risk to our platform or other users. You may cancel at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zagreb, Croatia.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
